In the following ‘Terms and conditions’, the mentions of ‘we’, ‘us’,  ‘our/s’ and ‘Grabells’ link to IFG Corporation Limited and references to ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘buyer’ and  ‘customer/s’ refer to all guests, users and consumers of this ‘website’ which refers to ‘Grabells’.

Please, read the Grabells ‘Terms and conditions’ carefully before placing your order as they contain important information about your purchase that you must be aware of. By using this website, you agree to all of the written terms here. Grabells saves its right to change its ‘Terms and conditions’ page in time, so we advise you to periodically check this page in order to keep informed with any new changes. 

Registration and Personal information

Grabells is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and also their provided personal information. When creating an account and register to this website you warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide is true, accurate and up to date. Please note that in order to keep your profile optimized you should let us know for any new changes in your personal information. Grabells agrees to always keep in mind the specific requirements of its customers regarding their orders and personal information in accordance with written specifications supplied by the customer to Grabells and recorded in writing between the parties.

Grabells engages to do everything in its power to save its customers’ information details and orders payment, but in a case of intervention of a third party on this website that can cause you loss in any aspect, Grabells cannot be kept responsible for it.

Orders & Payment

Title or ownership in the goods supplied by Grabells to the users and consumers on this website shall not pass to any customer until the full payment of the ordered goods has been made and received. Processing an order, its packing and shipping shall start after all its funds have been cleared in respect of the whole particular order.

By the time your order was sent to you, you are supposed to receive a confirmation email with details concerning its delivery. Grabells cannot be held responsible for any wrong provided information from the customer and the subsequent processing of their order to a wrong address. As mentioned above, you guarantee that the provided personal information about you is correct and up to date.

If the customer wishes to change the design, artwork or any other aspect of their already placed order, they must process their request to Grabells in writing (email to info@grabells.com) as soon as possible after the order was made. It is very advisable to contact Grabells Support before ordering goods which you have personal doubts on. Otherwise, if the customer has for some reason missed to warn Grabells for any of their change wishes, Grabells cannot be held responsible for sending the exact ordered goods and the subsequent disappointment of the customer.

If the customer wishes to make some changes to their order, Grabells engages to use its best endeavours to make those changes in accordance with this request, but the customer must keep in mind that Grabells reserves its right to add additional taxes and charge the customer the additional cost of any such changes arising out of this request. Grabells undertakes to inform the customer about the value of the additional amount that will be charged to the marginal cost due to the customer's desire to change their item. Grabells commits to not process the particular order until the customers has confirmed the final look and cost of their order in writing.

Grabells cannot be held responsible for ANY DELAY apart the indicated delivery time of customer’s order caused by the negligence of third parties. Customers shall keep in mind that Grabells works with different couriers and delivery enterprises and the time of delivery is calculated on average but it can be influenced by various factors such as international holidays, huge workload, war, courier’s mistakes, acts of God and more. However, Grabells commits to do everything in its power to investigate the case and then supply the customer with the necessary information for their order’s location and the estimated time of delivery.

Refunds and Returns

You have the right to return your order in 14 days of receipt, by following our returns’ process. Grabells points out that whether it accepts a return of goods is entirely at its own discretion excepting where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of Grabells to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order. Goods cannot be returned if individual design or embroidery work has been affected on such goods and/or the customer has used the goods and/or itself added the design or embroidery work.

            - In what condition does a product have to be returned in order to be qualified? ("qualified" links for goods whose condition meets the Grabells requirements)?

We want to ask you, our customers, to review your order carefully before placing it for a return, and if you notice an error after the order was placed, do not hesitate to contact us right away!

If the item you have received is incorrect, damaged or defective (! OBLIGATION - photographic evidence will be required! ), we will be happy to replace it. Likewise, if some mistake is made with your order, then let us know about it.

We require you return the product in the original packaging, unopened, and with ALL TAGS by the manufacturer andGrabells. Please, include your invoice in the box.

             - Is there anything I cannot return?

Lingerie, Underwear, Hosiery, Swimwear Health and Beauty Products – Make up, Weight loss lingerie, Food, Nutrition products, Sports Supplements are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE due to hygiene or safety reasons.

             - How long do I have to place a request for return?

Grabells has a 14 day return policy on all purchased items. Please contact us within these 2 weeks’ time period so we can help you get your return processed. Returns outside of this period will be considered unqualified.

             - Do I pay return postage?

In most cases, it’s customer’s responsibility to incur the cost of returns. Please review your order carefully before placing it for a return, and if you notice an error after the order was placed, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible! Grabells undertakes to examine each problem case and after clarifying the situation and conclude the problem comes from a gap in Grabells policy to completely cover return costs. However, if the mistake comes from the customer as you chose the wrong size, color, quantity, etc. or just changed your mind about the product, then you will be held responsible for return shipping and payments. Please note that you will be required to submit a proof of the postage.

             -  What if I want to exchange an item?

We are happy to help you exchange one Grabells item for another. Note that if you want so, you will be responsible for the return postage and fees of exchange process. We advise you to review your order carefully before placing it, and if you notice something that makes you feel uncertain in your choice after the order is placed, contact us right away so we can help you in this issue! *Note: If the desired item to exchange is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.

             -  When do I get my refund?

You will be fully refunded several days (2-3days) after the receipt of the product back in Grabells warehouse and its identification as qualified for a return. Keep in mind that if you have received a part shipment of your order, you will be refunded until the full order has been received.

             -  What if I have questions?

Do not hesitate to contact us! Our team is constantly ready to answer any questions and we are always here to help! If you have any questions about Grabells products, orders, shipping before or after you purchase, do not bother to use Grabells contact form!

              -  I have a return now. Where do I send it?

Return items to us using Collect+

*Please note that customized items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.*


• If the customer wishes to return their order to the provided address, but somehow fails to do so, Grabells shall not be held responsible for any delays to refunds or postage issues.

• If the customer uses insufficient postage to return their item back to Grabells warehouse, Grabells reserves its right to charge the customer and deduct the return costs from the refund in order to cover the shipment and administration charges. Using Collect+ a also requires certain charges that will be deducted from the customer’s refund to cover the cost of Collect+  service.

• If a third party chosen by the customer fails to deliver the item back to our warehouse or loses the return parcel, it is the customer′s responsibility to contact and claim compensation from the courier directly. Grabells shall not be held responsible for any lost return parcels.

• Your order is in your responsibility until it reaches Grabells warehouse, so be sure it’s packed up very well and can’t get damaged on the way!

• Grabells cannot be held responsible for any mistake returns.
